Novel Surface-Active Agents
Poseidon - is a concentrated nonionic wetting agent that lowers the surface tension of a liquid, or the interfacial tension between two liquids.
Poseidon - Deposited on a blade of grass or leaf, it will remain a drop form, because of the surface tension of the water. Added to water, Poseidon will immediately break the surface tension. The drop now flattens out and covers more area. By reducing the surface tension, Poseidon make the water “wetter” so it flows and penetrates better.
Poseidon - Whether in powder form or liquid concentrate, pesticides, fungicides and herbicides may be resistant to mixing with water. Poseidon will improve the suspension of pesticides and herbicides in water and reduce separation. Poseidon will provide more uniform wetting and coverage of the spray solution.
Poseidon - Has a defoaming agent, drift control agent and no need to add AMS with soft water. It benefits spraying equipment by reducing salts and mineral deposits on spray nozzles, thus, helping to keep nozzles clean, clear, and spraying properly. Poseidon is non-corrosive. It is a spreader, sticker, and penetrator.
Poseidon - Proven to be effective on the waxy leaves of Kochia, Ragweed, Marestail, Waterhemp and Lambs Quarters.
Poseidon - is economical to use at application rates as low a 1:800, depending on water hardness and height of plant.
